Valentine’s Day has come and gone! I spent the whole day delivering flowers as a favor for a local shop my brother does occasional work for. They needed an extra driver, and I happened to be available. It was fun, and reminded me of the seasonal stint I worked as a driver-helper for UPS years ago, only this time I was the one doing the driving! The congestion of the city reminded me of how quiet it tended to be where we used to live, and I kind of miss it. But, that’s what happens when you move! You leave the good with the bad, and gain a bit of bad with the good. At least our home here is outside the city.
