Happy New Year from Three Ravens!

2025 is no more. Now 2026 awaits! We hope everyone has a wonderful new year full of prosperity, peace, and books. Lots and lots of books. I took my kids to a local used book store yesterday, and my youngest (Not even two) wanted down on the floor so she could roam around. She had the run of the place, looking at things, seeing people, and occasionally screaming with glee. I told the store owner “She’s just doing what I wish I could do!”

May we all find that place in our lives where our two-year old self wants to scream with glee.

I am firmly back in the writing saddle for the next several months, working on Shield of Souls, the first Necrolopolis novel. I have more in the works for that particular universe, but I can’t announce them yet. I want to firm up a few things before I go public with them. If you’re a fan of the universe, you’ll enjoy it! That’s all I can say.

Now, on to a few books of ours!

Hunters Hunted by Gustavo Bondoni – Releasing 01/30/26

Vernon’s powers are only skin deep.

Fortunately, when you have skin like Vernon’s, whose BENT-powered epidermis can feed him, allow him to breathe underwater and shrug off bullets—among other innumerable wonders—you don’t really need to go much deeper.

But Vernon is a man on a mission, and that mission is revenge. He wants to hit the Triads, the masters of Chinese organized crime, hard enough to end their reign of terror, and his skin, no matter how powerful it makes him, simply isn’t built for speed. He can’t work fast enough; as soon as he destroys a Triad installation, they build it back up.

So he needs help. Maia’s BENT is teleportation, and that completely changes the entire ballgame. If only he can convince her to come out of retirement.

When he finds her, however, they’re both roped into an operation that promises to give them what they want most… But at a price.

Someone is going to get BENT. The only question remaining is who… And how badly.

Shadow Lands by L.A. Behm II

Jesse Salazar has been a lot of things in his life – infantry Marine, husband, and priest.

Now he spends most of his days re-inhuming the walking dead and other things that go bump in the night.
Ordered to take a vacation, he does.

Only his boss probably didn’t mean for him to go to another realm, ruled over by ancient Akkadian gods, where he finds answers to a hundred-year-old mystery.
Will he be able to rescue other survivors and, more importantly, bring them home?

The Mis-Adventures of Braxton Hicks

When the monsters come calling, Braxton Hicks answers the phone.

Out on the open road, Braxton Hicks—an agent of the KCG, (Krypto/Cults/Gangs), the covert supernatural division of the U.S. Marshals—chases down the nightmares most folks pretend don’t exist. From haunted backwoods bars to forgotten highways humming with dark magic, Braxton rides straight into the heart of trouble… usually with a cold one waiting on the other side.

If you love the gritty vibe of Supernatural, the mystery of The X-Files, or the dusty, high-octane swagger of biker-fantasy thrillers, you’ll feel right at home in these pages. Packed with creatures, curses, roadside weirdness, and plenty of attitude, this collection drops you deep into the ever-expanding Braxton Hicks universe.

With over 100,000 words of magic, mayhem, and motor-powered monster hunting, this volume marks a major milestone in the saga—and a perfect entry point for new readers looking to hit the road with a hero who doesn’t know the meaning of “stand down.”

So crack open a cold one, saddle up, and ride shotgun with Braxton Hicks. The next supernatural showdown is only a mile marker away.
