We hope that everyone had a great turkey day and has survived the insanity of Black Friday. Which, speaking of Black Friday, we have a new release ready for the holiday shopping season!
As readers ourselves, we love it when the submissions suck us into the story and wisk us away on an adventure with the characters. That being said, our latest release was insanely tough to edit because of that very fact. We were sucked into the story to tag along with Itty and her friends on an adventure she’ll never forget.
The Feather and the Lamp by L.N. Hunter is a fantastic feel-good adventure that we just couldn’t put down. I personally got nostalgic feels, thinking back on stories like The Princess Bride, The Never Ending Story, and Willow.
The characters are so well-defined, you’ll swear that you’ve met them before.
And then, there’s that time Itty spends in the underworld or the time she befriended the Dragon… I don’t want to give away too much, but I will say if you love a great fantasy adventure, you won’t be disappointed.
A magic lamp should have been a gateway to Imperceptibility’s every desire…
So how did she end up in the underworld covered in slobber from a three-headed dog?
And then there’s capture by fanatical priest-mercenaries, sacrifice to a quantum dragon, and getting trapped in a chicken coop.
Will she ever find her way back home?
More important still, what’s a goose feather got to do with any of this?
